Partner's Produce is one of the largest producers of whole peeled onions on the West Coast. Our new peeling facility, was specifically designed for whole peeled onions. With 150,000 cubic feet of refrigerated cooler space, the onions are pre-cooled and kept cool throughout the whole process. This process is key to shelf life. Decreasing freight costs and being able to ship a 100% usable product has reduced the overall cost of product to our whole peeled customers. 

We peel yellow, white and red onions for our customers. Our machines can peel any size of onion needed and our systems can easily be adapted to fit every customers needs, including ringers.
